SleeplessMC has a cosmetic plugin with a variety of features, including particle trails, block trails, rains, and wings.
Introduction
Trails can be unlocked by prestiging or by purchasing them from the store. Use your unlocked trails in-game with the command /trails.

Removing Trails
To remove your currently selected trails, click on the paper in the trails GUI.
Event Trails
Clicking on the ender chest will open up the Event sub-menu.
In the future, there will be custom trails given away at events. These trails will not be available for purchase, so the only way to get them is during events.
Particle Trails
Clicking on the blaze powder will open up the Particles sub-menu.

Block Trails
Clicking on the blue stained glass will open up the Block Trails sub-menu.

Blocks#1
This trail will cycle between red, yellow, green, and blue wool.
Blocks#2
This trail will cycle between white, orange, magenta, and blue wool.
Blocks#3
This trail will cycle between quartz ore, nether brick, netherrack, and glowstone.
Blocks#4
This trail will cycle between orange, magenta, gray, and pink clay.
Blocks#5
This trail will cycle between lapis, emerald, redstone, and coal ores.
Blocks#6
This trail will cycle between TNT, pistons, note blocks, and redstone blocks.
Blocks#7
This trail will cycle between podzol, grass, gravel, and sand.
Blocks#8
This trail will cycle between iron, gold, diamond, and emerald blocks.
Rains
Clicking on the ghast tear will open up the Rains sub-menu.

You can click on any of the color options, and will then see the following screen:
You can click on the arrow in the bottom center to go back to the previous page, or click the arrow on the bottom right to view more options (seen below).
Click on any of these items to select them. I'm not going to add screenshots of all of the possibilities, but here's an example with red -> golden apple:
Wings
Clicking on the feather will open up the Wings sub-menu.
You can choose between 7 types of wings, after which you will see the following screen:
You can choose to use custom colors or pre-made patterns. If you choose colors, you will be able to choose up to three different colors for different parts of your wings.
